Cancellation

Cancellation Policy:

* If you cancel a booking over 21 days before your tour, a full refund will be given minus booking fee. 

* If you cancel a booking between 21 to 14 days before your tour, there will a $30 cancelation fee per person. 

* If you cancel a booking between 4days and 14 days before your tour, there will be a $50 cancelation fee

* If you cancel a booking  4 days or less, there will be no refund.

Changing your booking date:

*No changers can be made within 4 days of the tour commencing.

*Between 4 days and 14 days before the tour, there will be a $30 per person transfer fee. 

*More than 14 days before the tour - no transfer fee, we will issue you with a voucher.
